Here at IcingMagic, Shipping cost are based on what is shipped and what we are charged for shipping. We do not use shipping cost to turn a profit.
We will accept returns under the following conditions:
All returns must have prior authorization from IcingMagic with a valid RA number
Hardware items must be returned in new saleable condition to be eligible for full refund less shipping costs. All original accessories and packaging must be included.
Software items must also be returned in saleable condition. Evidence of abuse, tampering or indication of software piracy will disqualify eligibility.
Consumable items must be reported within 10 days of purchase. Consumables must be handled and stored in compliance with manufacturer's recommendation.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Defective items under warranty period will be handled as follows:
Hardware concerns require contact with the hardware manufacturer. Replacement or repair will defer to the manufacturer's warranty.
If a hardware item is returned to IcingMagic and must be forwarded to the authorized manufacturer repair center the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
Under no circumstances is IcingMagic responsible for international shipping costs.
Software will be replaced by IcingMagic or in-house credit will be issued.
Consumable items, if handled & stored properly will be replaced by IcingMagic or in-house credit will be issued. Due to the perishable nature of consumables no credit can be issued without proper inspection and approval by IcingMagic.
All returned items will be inspected by IcingMagic for compliance. Refund, replacement or in-house credit will be issued at the discretion of IcingMagic within 30 days of receipt of return.
Items returned without proper authorization may not be eligible for credit or refund, at the discretion of IcingMagic. A 20% resocking fee may be applied.
